Booking Requests and Payment Processing

Our current booking experience begins with a Request Your Date inquiry. Submitting the form does not charge you or automatically reserve your date. We review the request, contact you to confirm the details, and send an invoice or payment instructions separately.

Booking inquiries and contact messages may be stored in our WordPress website and sent by email to our business inbox and to you as a confirmation. Payment details are handled by the payment provider identified on your invoice or payment page, subject to that provider’s policies. Please do not enter credit card information in our contact forms.

When We Share Information

We do not sell our customer contact lists. We share information only as reasonably needed with providers that help operate the business, such as website hosting, forms and booking software, email and SMS delivery services, invoice or payment processors, and analytics or advertising platforms we choose to use.
